Consider if you need extra room for your hips or thighs or if your waist is ‘thick’ – go up or down accordingly.

Use a hot steam iron on the inside,and pull against it – this should give you a couple of cms.

We do not as yet use stretch denim.If we do it will clearly state where.Otherwise they are 100% cotton.
